Furnished room in very nice neighborhood. Rent is $400 per month with a one-year lease; $425 for month-to-month. There is a $100 deposit required, and I will need references of employment and previous landlord(s). Included are: utilities, basic cable TV hook-up (a flat-screen TV can be rented for $10 per month); and wireless high-speed internet. Tenant will have use of laundry facilities and light use of kitchen (microwave, frig). The room is bright and airy with windows on two sides; but they are equipped with room-darkening shades for privacy. There are two very large closets that span one entire wall. There is a double bed, a fine wood desk and leather chair. The bathroom is across the hall and is shared with one other tenant (28-yr-old male); however, there are double sinks and a door separating the shower and toilet from the sink area. Also, this other tenant has been with me for many years and is hardly ever home; when he is, he is very flexible regarding use of the bathroom.
